1. Site Report
This is a comprehensive report which will make recommendations about keywords, phrases, site structure and other points which, when implemented, will increase the number and type of visitors to your site and ensure the traffic is aligned to your web marketing objectives.
Further it will address all the areas preventing your site achieving optimum rankings with all major search engines, for example problems that result from the use of technologies such as flash, javascript, dynamically created sites and frame sets etc, and advise on how to overcome them.
2. Implementation of Recommendations
Typically the changes will not involve ‘major surgery’ to your site and our fees include the reasonable implementation of recommendations onto your existing website.
Exceptionally, recommendations may include a major redesign for your site. This work would not be included in our standard SEO fees. We would be happy to quote for this work, if required or you are free to get the work done using your existing web designers.
3. Ongoing Site Submission and Reporting
We will then submit the site to the major search engines and directories.
The rankings will be reviewed on a monthly basis and re-submissions manually carried out (in accordance with the search engine rules) if and when necessary to give higher rankings.
N.B. The reason for including some major directories is to ensure you are getting some significant inbound links which also helps your ranking.
A report will be generated on a monthly basis showing the position - with a live link into each engine so the position can be
verified. The overall objective here is to systematically move higher up the rankings over a period of time such that eventually top ten rankings are achieved for all the major search engines.
The first report is sent to you approximately 4-6 weeks after the recommendations we make have been implemented, and monthly thereafter.
Optimisation is ongoing and you should let us know every time you change your site so we can ensure this will not affect the rankings. Obviously, if we are managing your site, we will ensure that changes are made with Search Engine Optimisation in mind.

4. Link Generation
This is a vitally important part of SEO services. UK search engines are increasingly using the number and quality of back links as a measure of how relevant your site is and thus how highly they rank it. Building these links can be a time consuming task, but it is essential to the success of any search engine marketing campaign. We include the generation of 10 links in our standard package, however, where appropriate, we would be happy to work with you to build additional links.
If, within 6 months of you retaining our SEO Services, UK search engines are not showing measurable improvement in the listing of your site, we will give you a full refund of all SEO fees you have paid*.
